Terroir: Clay-limestone and Sand
Age of vines: 15 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Natural fermentation with Semi-carbonic maceration during 5/6 weeks. Grapes are then pressed by feet and the wine is aged in “foudre” for 10/12 months. No added sulphites.
