Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir
Terroir: flint, millstone, hard limestone soil.
Age of vines: 45 years old.
Vinification: Grapes are hand picked. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in enamelled steel vat. During the malolactic fermentation only indigenous yeasts are used. No sulphite added. Ageing on lees for 2 years. No filtration. no fining.
