This wine is a lovely easy drinking/thirst-quenching wine, conceived to satisfy the needs of everyday drinking and convivial sharing. It is made from a selection of grapes from our vineyards in San Polo and some Sangiovese from the old vineyards on Monte Amiata.
Average age of vines: 35 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested and alcoholic fermentation is done in open tank, followed by a 14 days maceration with skin. The wine is then aged half in tank and half in old oak barrel. Non filtered.
