Trebbiano, Malvasia, Procanico
Terroir: clay and tuff with limestone soil. Altitude from 60 meters to 250 meters.
Vinification: Grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The wine is fermented in stainless steel. Maceration lasts for 30 days. The skin of grapes is removed and the wine stays in the tank for 7 months. Then, the wine is being aged in 3 different tanks ( 1/3 in old tank, 1/3 in amphora and 1/3 in stainless steel tank). No filtration. At the bottling, 10 mg/L of Sulphur added.
