50% Carignan, 50% Grenache
Terroir: Sandstone, clay-limestone soil and deep ground.
Age of the vines: 100 year old vines of Carignan, 35 year old vines of Mourvedre.
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested. Old barrels are filled by gravity. Fermentation and 12-month ageing in barrel. Bottled without addition of sulphites. For the 2017 vintage the ageing was in amphora.
