Terroir: Gres, clay-limestone soil and deep ground.
Age of the vines: three parcels of Carignan have been planted between 1880 and 1910, named “La Mariole”.
Vinification: harvested by hand and destemmed . Natural fermentation with controlled temperature around 22 degrees. Maceration for around 10 days.
