Mourvedre, Carignan, Grenache, Syrah
Terroir: Argilo-limestone, red clay and gres
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed and crush by foot. Grenache and Syrah are vinified separately. Carignan and Mourvedre are blended together for the fermentation. Controlled temperature for the fermentation at around 22 degres.Juices is tasted daily to decide on the length of the fermentation. Some racking can be done is the wine needs to. Wine is aged in stainless steel tank without sulphites. No fining, no filtration, 2gr/l of sulphites added at bottling.
