Terroir: marl and limestone soil.
Vinification: the whole bunch is picked by hand and sorted. The grapes are pre-fermented for 48 hours and the maceration is for 20 days. Then wines are devated. Aged on lees for 10 months in barrel. No sulphite added except for bottling , 1g.
