Grenache, Carignan, Mourvedre
Terroir: clay and limestone soil.
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked and sorted. The maceration and fermentation take place in the concrete vats for 3 weeks. The wine is aged for 1 year. After bottling, the wines stays in the cellar for 6 months before being released.
