Viognier, Roussane, Clairette
Terroir: clay and limestone soil.
Age of vines: 12 years old vines
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 8 days. Gravity method is used in the cellar to be as gentle as possible with the wine. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for 3 month. After bottling, the wine stays in cellar for 4 to 5 months before being released. Light filtration. No finning.
