Pinot Noir, Gamay, Diolinoir
Terroir: Estate vineyards located 740-890 meters above sea level. Soils composed of granit, gneiss, limestone
Age of the vines: Pinot and Gamay 35 years old and Diolinoir 15 years old.
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested. Red grapes varieties are put in tanks, and the entire tanks are brought down on cables car for fermentation. Natural fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vat. Vinification on fine lees with indigenous yeasts. No chaptalisation. No finning. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
