Terroir: granitic soil
Age of the vines: 25 years old.
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested and crushed by foot . Vinification in vats and truncated thermoregulated tanks. Maceration for several weeks with some pushing down and pumping over. Ageing in the large barrel and demi-muids 600 L for 12 months, then , ageing in stainless steel tanks. Light filtration . Aged in bottle for 6 months minimum.
