Terroir: Calcareous clay. Vineyards located in Loreto Aprutino.
Vinification: Hand harvested in small baskets. Spontaneous fermentation with no temperature control in 20hl barrels. Twelve months in barrel on the lees with weekly stirring. No fining, no filtration.
