Terroir: Calcareous clay. Vineyards located in Loreto Aprutino.
Vinification: Hand harvested in small baskets. Spontaneous fermentation with no temperature control in concrete tanks and 5hl barrels. Ten months in barrel on the lees with weekly stirring. No fining, no filtration.
