Terroir: Clay-silt with clay-limestone substrate on the rocky plateau of St-Emilion
Average age of vines: 50 years old.
Vinification: This is a "Rosé de saignée" (bleeding). The wine is taken out from a fermented tank of Merlot after few hours (once the colour is extracted enough). The fermentation by dynamisation happen in old oak barrel. The wine is bottled without fining, filtering and without any addition of sulphites.
