Terroir: Clay-silt with clay-limestone substrate on the rocky plateau of St-Emilion
Average age of vines: 50 years old
Vinification: Grapes are destemmed and pressed. The juice is then vinified and matured with reference to the lunar calendar in traditional oak barrels for 10/12 months. A fine example of a natural dry white, with no added sulphites.
