90% Grenache, 10% Cinsault
Terroir: Deep soil and red pelites containing high levels of iron on a limestone base.
Age of the vines: 40 years old
Vinification: Handpicked and sorted in the vineyard and cellar. Whole grapes immediately pressed. Fermented and aged on fine lees in two different stainless steel vats during 6 months. The Grenache and the Cinsault vines are separatly fermented.
