Terroir: Graves. High level of sun and low level of rain which helps to grow healthy and ripe grapes.
Average age of vines: 20 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are destemmed. Fermentation in controlled temperature stainless steel tank (25 degrees). Ageing for 8 month on the lees, and then 16 months in cement tank. No filtration, no fining.
