Terroir: Graves. High level of sun and low level of rain which helps to grow healthy and ripe grapes.
Average age of vines: 10 to 20 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are destemmed. Fermentation in controlled temperature stainless steel tank (25 degrees). 10 days maceration. Ageing for 24 months in cement tank.
