Ludovic Engelvin, Languedoc, France

This super fresh, yet dark in colour rosé is a blend of predominantly Grenache and some Mouvedre. Think fruity red berries but with a unique complexity. Deep in colour, this cuvée can hold it's own with meaty dishes such as grilled lamb.

2021, "Confiança"

Cosmic, Catalunya, Spain

This delicate, silky rosé is made with the greatest precision by winemaker Salvador whose dedication to making great wine is unparalleled. A blend of Grenache and a small touch of red Carignan from 50-year-old bush vines in Agullana is a delicious drop that is always guaranteed to be a great choice.

Salvador's motivation for this wine is to "embrace the value of trust and jump into the void of the unknown."

2018 VDF "Rose Marie"

Le Puy, Bordeaux, France

This Bordeaux rosé is made by a family who makes wines that have been scientifically tested to be purer than water. The nose is fresh and floral, with red fruit aromas alongside notes of peonies and white flowers. On the palate, Rose-Marie is light and playful, with tannins so light they are barely detectable.

Terroir: Clay-silt with clay-limestone substrate on the rocky plateau of St-Emilion.

Match it with: Seared tuna steak.

2017, Spumante Metodo Classico "Clo Clo"

Azienda Agricola Divella, Lombardy, Italy

Alessandra Divella started the only female-led estate in Franciscortia, Lombardy and has become a force to be reckoned with.

This sparkling rosé ‘Clo Clo’ (named in honour of Alessandra's mother) is made from 100% Pinot Noir. It's a beautiful light pink colour with poppy and citrus notes, hints of dried fruit and a small touch of buttery brioche.

In our opinion it can rival any top Champagne, but is arguably way more interesting, cleaner and more affordable than most.

Terroir: Clay & limestone.

Match it with: Salmon carpaccio.
