We are so excited to announce that Sabino Montes Pombo, Galician Head Chef of Sabino Restaurant in Sanxenxo (Galicia), will be cooking up a storm in the Dynamic kitchen for one night! Sabino has designed a unique menu with seasonal products shipped directly from Galicia!

The menu will be paired with wines from his friend Rodriguez Mendez from Forjas del Salnes, a wonderful Galician estate. Rodri and Sabino share a passion for food, wine and terroir and they both look forward to sharing this special night with you!

Jarrete de ternera estofado con puré de patata y setas –Osso buco of Galician veal with potatoe purée and mushrooms

Arroz con leche – Creamy rice pudding
