Tating Notes

Nose: very refined with ambergris notes.
Mouth: a very fine bubble when it enters the mouth and the wine has good volume. An elegant finish. A thoroughbred crémant.
Perfect as an aperitif, served with fish and crustacean based pre-starters. Can also be served with a salad or a quetsch tart.
