Shortened terms and conditions of trade

Prices: The prices indicated are Duty Paid – Duty Paid here refers to Excise Duty paid at £20.25 only -  excluding VAT and Delivery.
Prices indicated are for a bottle – a bottle here refers to 75cl bottles, unless indicated otherwise.
Where applicable, VAT will be included at the prevailing rate.
Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.

Payment: For restaurants and wholesalers, full payment is due 30 days from date of delivery. DYNAMIC VINES Ltd. Reserve the right to charge interest of 5% above the U.K. Base Rate on an overdue account for the duration it is outstanding. For private customers, full payment is due before delivery to DYNAMIC VINES Ltd.

Delivery: The Delivery and handling charge for Excise Duty and VAT paid goods to a destination within Greater London is £18.00 + VAT for orders of 5 cases of 12 bottles or less; for other amounts, please apply to us for a quote.
Outside of Greater London, a varying charge will be made according to the amount ordered, destination, means of transport and
packing required, please apply to us for a quote.
For deliveries of goods Under Bond, please apply to us for a quote. Customers are also welcome to pick up their orders from us but this has to be arranged 48 hours beforehand.
